Tanzania Mission Trip

First United Methodist Church of Clinton has partnered with the leadership of Courage to Be You (couragetobeyou.org) for the goal of holistic missions in Tanzania, Africa. FUMC took a group last year to help out with some of the needs in Tanzania.  Blaring in the faces of those volunteers was the need for a medical/dental trip.  We’d like you to pray about being involved with our team next August, no matter what your skill set. We need doctors, dentist, nurses, and volunteers to assist those medical/dental professionals.

The trip will last 10 days — leaving on a Friday and returning on a Monday (August 19th-29th). On Sunday through Thursday the team will be holding a medical/dental clinic in a village outside of Moshi, Tanzania. The trip will cost around $2,500. An information meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday January 30th in the FUMC gym. Initial deposits are due February 15th.
