Join the group at Chick-Fil-A on Tuesday mornings at 7 for a yummy breakfast, short devotion, prayer and just hanging out with friends.  Jr High students will be delivered to their schools via the FUMC van.  Set your alarm clocks early on Tuesdays this year!

Coming soon, the Jr High dances at the FUMC Family Life Building!  The first dance is just around the corner – August 21st.  Check the event calendar for more dates.  These chaperoned dances are fun for everyone, and a great way to raise money for the youth programs for fall.  If you would like to help serve refreshments or chaperone, please let Stevie Jones know.

The dances are from 9-11 p.m., after the CHS home football games, for $5.00 per person.  The students are kept in the gym, and refreshments are available for free.  The music is upbeat, fun, and clean, and a police officer is on site before, during, and after.

IT’S ALMOST HERE!! – so here’s a little info:

We will be meeting at the church Monday morning by 7:30 a.m.  Meet in front of the Gym!  The bus is scheduled to pull out by 8:00 a.m. so don’t be late!

Things you need: Church Med Form on file, & BigStuf Consent Form (both found on the PDF’s Page)  There will be a notary there Monday morning.

This Sunday (12/7/08) we will be having a GAME NIGHT in the GYM from 6:45-8:30pm.

Big screen rock band, guitar hero, wii, ping-pong, b-ball/volleyball… you get the picture!

S.Y.A.T.P. is this Wednesday morning! Make sure to be at your respected school to pray with fellow believers! That night we will load up and head to F.B.C. Clinton for a community wide Rally! Be at the church by 6pm and we will be back at 8pm!
